Alexa and Scott bring a unique blend of skills and experience to their shared clients, as well as longtime, professional partnerships with the region’s top real estate attorneys, private land planners, soil engineers, well drillers, civil engineers, vineyard management experts, licensed contractors and a host of other qualified experts.
Alexa Glockner is a veteran real estate professional with nearly two decades of experience in the nation’s top flight markets including, Greenwich, CT, New York City, San Francisco and Sonoma County. A descendant of five generations of artisans, architects, builders, engineers and interior designers, Alexa grew up in Greenwich, CT, visiting construction sites, surveying lots and working at her family’s real estate firm. Alexa continued to train in the Corcoran Group’s flagship Manhattan office, where she honed her marketing skills and sales acumen before moving to the countryside in Petaluma. Year after year, Alexa continues to be a top performing agent in the region.
In 2014, Alexa partnered with local cowboy and ranch guru, Scott Murphy of Vice Properties. Scott is the leading country property listing/sales agent in Western Marin and Sonoma County. He specializes in ranches, equestrian properties, vineyards, small country properties and undeveloped parcels. His understanding of the land comes from a long line of family ranchers and growers in both counties dating back to the early 20th century. His well-earned respect from both buyers and sellers is not only the wealth of information about the properties that he has, but on helping individuals, families and groups find the right ranch property to meet their needs. He has been a licensed real estate agent since 1974, and owns a 96-acre farm 14 miles west of Petaluma in northwestern Marin County — just one mile west of the Sonoma-Marin County line.
Alexa and Scott’s referral business from past clients are a testimony to their successful relationships with them. They are both passionate about Marin & Sonoma County and delight in sharing the best the region has to offer.
